Sunny Side Up, 2012

Recordplayer, 12" record with a selection of spoken word, music and sound from the Voyager Interstellar Record, solar panel, solar charge regulator. The recordplayer worked solely by the intensity of the sun.

In acknowledgment and developed with the help of Mr. Jon Lomberg, design director for the creation of the Voyager Golden Records. The Voyager 1 spacecraft launched in 1977, carrying the Voyager Interstellar Record, has entered interstellar space.
